We take pride in making sure your gifts are shipped safely and securely, and we offer standard and express shipping services for most orders, excluding oversized products. Delivery countries and options are indicated at the 'Shipping & Return' section of the product page, and delivery time can be estimated at the same place.

At our Gift Store, you will enjoy a convenient shipping service. Shipping cost will be calculated at the 'Checkout', starting from $8.50 (USA) and from $15 for International orders. We also offer free standard shipping with orders over $75 (US contiguous only), or with our Premium membership plan.

Please note that shipping costs are to be considered VAT excluded and are to be paid by the buyer. For direct shipments to the United States from other countries, if the order value is below $800 custom duties are not applied. For International shipments, the customs duties and fees may be applied depending on the regulations of the country of destination of the goods. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping costs are charged to the buyer according to the estimated rates specified on the dedicated page. Your actual shipping charges for your order will be shown at the 'Checkout' page prior to completion of the checkout process.

Some products are located in partner warehouses so deliveries may be divided into multiple shipments. You can check the shipment tracking in the 'Orders' section of your profile.

As part of our 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee, we accept all returned items within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise indicated on the product page. All returned items should be in the same condition: a new, unworn, unused with their tags and in their original packaging. We value your satisfaction and look forward to helping you find the perfect gift. You will be able to choose whether you prefer a refund or store credit (Gift Certificate) for the returned items.

Please note, that some items, such as cosmetics, engraved/personalized items, personal use items (intimates), fragrances, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you wish to return the products you purchased, please contact us to receive the return instructions. To return your product, you should mail your purchased item to the address, which was provided by us to your email. Please note that paid shipping fees and return/exchange shipping fees are not credited or refunded.
